More than 100 ushers and security staff, under the guidance of the security-expert Herbert "Henk" Wagner of "Wagner Sicherheit" ("Wagner Security Service"), are on duty on the festival ground - almost 24 hours a day.
The security staff secures and cares for a smooth run of the events starting at the car park, at the entrances and front and backstage.
In case you have any question or problems, whatsoever, just trustfully talk to one of the guys wearing a blue vest with the print "SECURITY" or "ORDNER" (usher) on it...
Our doctor - "ROCK DOC"
In case of emergencies, small injuries or any other type of indisposition a team of doctors is caring for the patients. Head of the medical team is Dr. Kurt "Rock Doc" Falb.
In case some more severe calamity really happens, ambulances of the "Samariter Bund" are directly on the festival ground and will take the patient to the nearest hospital (Wr. Neustadt or Eisenstadt) immediatly.
You'll find the doctors and the first aid attendants at the Red Cross Station, located between the festival tent and the foodhall, close to the entrance area on the festival ground.

Dr. Kurt Falb, born 1958 in Vienna, living in Forchtenstein, practical doctor and otolaryngologist ordaining in Vienna 1210, Pastor Street 2a/4 - married to Dr. Bernadette Falb, who is in the doctors team as well ... sometimes, 2 lovely children hobbies: music... of course!, sports, family fav music: Rock, Alternative Rock, Heavy Metal, Reggae, Jazz...
It's been 15 years now that the "Rock Doc" is taking medical care of the audience, the crew and the artists in the backstage area...

located: between the sports arena and the festival ground in charge of: fire-watch, first aid in extinguishing fires and operation according to the desaster coordination plan.
Police
There is even a police station on the festival ground to provide maximum security and crime prevention.
The police station is located at the Schöller Street, next to the ticket-voucher-exchange /box office.
The "Bezirkshauptmannschaft Mattersburg" is in charge of everthing that happens around events in Wiesen.
