Entrance Check

When entering the festival ground the visitor has to accept the house rules.

Because of the danger of hurting somebody it is prohibited to take the following inside the festival ground:
any type of dangerous object or pointed object such as umbrellas or sticks, pyrotechnic articles, fire arms, cups made of glass, bottles made of glass, cans and similar stuff.

The tickets will lose their validity either without tear-off-entry-coupon or when leaving the festival ground.
Photo & Video & Recording

Bands and artists in general are very strict and fussy about publishing rights of their art and images.

Therefore we must strictly insist on not taking any type of equipment that allows audio or visual recordings (photo or video), whatsoever,  to the festival ground.

As a press photographer you need to be accredited by a media in advance and show a valid press ID. The promotor can not guarantee accreditation for all concerts - depending on artists' managements!
Recycling, Garbage

There are lots of garbage cans on the festival ground for your convenience.

To avoid huge piles of garbage, drinks will be served in recycle-able cups only.
You'll be refunded the deposit at the cup-collection-stands.
Disabled Visitors

Disabled visitors should call the festival office in advance in order to get permission to be taken to the entrance by car. Inside the festival tent there is a special podium designed for wheelchairs, that offers a perfect view to the stage.

Sanitation designed for disabled people is situated close to the entrance area on the right of the stage and between the foodhall, shops and tent.
Children

Kids got free entrance in company of their parents at the following festivals (under presentation of their ID-card):
> Kick Off/Forestglade/TwoDaysAWeek - up to 10 years
> SPRING VIBRATION / GROOVE QUAKE / SUNSPLASH up to 12 years
> JAZZFEST up to 15 years
The adult person is in charge and has responsibility of the child he/she is taking to the festival ground.
Babies and young children under 7 years, even when accompanied by parents or adult persons, are prohibited by law on the festival ground.
Animals

It is not desired to take dogs or any other kind of pet to the festival ground.

Firstly to please your pet and secondly because of hygienic and security matters!
