Dishes: vegetarian & veganes food, freshly cooked right at the spot in a 85cm (about 33") cast iron pan.
The "Vegee-Food" is consisting of different types of pulse like chick-pea, red lentils, moong beans and of course of a great variety of different vegetables, nuts and Asian ingredients. As a side dish jasmine-rice, enriched with larded onions, coconut flakes and sesame oil, is served.
Besides that, you will find on the festival ground: --Thai Tom Yum Soup with jasmine rice --Pita filled with loaves of unripe spelt grain or smoked tofu and tofunaise --Tomatoes with mozarella cheese, basil and balsamico vinegar --NEW in 2002 - crispy "burgers" for vegetarians and veganes --NEW in 2002 - "American HotDogs" filled to your taste
