Original Feuerfleck (~Fire Patch) This old Pannonian delight is made of bread dough. The basic dough is made of a fine, well balanced mixture of wheat and rye. The dough is thinnly rolled out by hand and baked on a plate on the stove. The "Classic Fire Patch": brushed with freshly squeezed garlic, rolled and served hot. The "Tasty Fire Patch": filled with a tasty herbs&sour cream sauce. The "Fire-Hot Fire Patch": filled with a very hot meat-bean mixture -- an old private recipe!
