Original Feuerfleck (~Fire Patch)
This old Pannonian delight is made of bread dough. The basic dough is made of a fine, well balanced mixture of wheat and rye. The dough is thinnly rolled out by hand and baked on a plate on the stove.
The "
Classic Fire Patch": brushed with freshly squeezed garlic, rolled and served hot.
The "
Tasty Fire Patch": filled with a tasty herbs&sour cream sauce.
The "
Fire-Hot Fire Patch": filled with a very hot meat-bean mixture -- an old private recipe!

(~Bean Pockets): Thinnly pulled strudel dough, filled with a tasty mixture of beans and herbs, shortly fried - an old Pannonian recipe!
Bread Soup: A very tasty, almost forgotten speciality.

Corn Cobs: tenderly cooked in saltwater, buttered, salted and served hot.
Elder Juice: The ultimate thirst-quencher! Home-made of elder-blooms!

We also offer unique drinks such as: cider, cloudy by nature apple juice and hot cider.

Since 1990 the Feuerfleck & Co. Company offers their goods to the festival crowds. Renate Friesenhahn, the boss, is following the idea of making these old, tasty, almost forgotten Pannonian delights presentable again.
