THE VENUE

The festival venue is situated out of town, in a charming valley surrounded by woods. Its most characteristic feature is the huge tent where the main stage is located. Up to 4.000 people can find themselves under its canvas. Due to its unique construction neither ropes nor columns nor other obstacles spoil your view to the stage. It is opened on one side so that you can lay relaxed in the meadow or in your hammock in the wood enjoying a nice view to the mainstage.

Hungry? Only a few meters away you can choose from a wide range of food and drink stalls. We offer you a great variety of foods and drinks at our festival venue. You can choose from regional delicacies like the Feuerfleck (a flatbread served with different kinds of dressings) and bread soup as well as more exotic dishes like Indian Samosas or organic Thai noodles. In particular our range of vegetarian, vegan and organic dishes is increasing. However you will still find Schnitzel and some strange version of chips (just ask to try our "Dukaten Chips"!) which you shouldn't miss. Taste a bit of everything. You will find something delicious on every corner.... Enjoy!

A few hundred meters away from the venue entrance is the parking and camping site. We decided to keep it as far as possible in its natural state. Blackberries bushes and mounds mark the beginning of a new camping section. But you don't have to miss certain kinds of comforts: our toilet and shower facilities are connected to the local sewerage system. Our cleaning staff is there to keep everything nice and clean 24 hours. Of course our security personnel is also present.

The VIP area is getting a new host in 2016: the culinary traveling circus of FRANCOPHIL. It will serve you with crispy snacks and creative food, fresh cocktails - mixed with love and peace - and a variety of drinks on offer. Enjoy!

The Wiesen village with about 3.700 m2 right next to the festival core area is surrounded by nature this area seduces you to stroll and relax and there is also the possibility to get active and creative, too. Sit down on comfortable seats, participate in various workshops, shop in design markets or just enjoy art.

The chuckwagons are coming! No matter if you prefer burgers, curry, sandwiches or wraps, our new food trucks will satisfy your needs. Look forward to nutritious, rich and tasty food made from fresh ingredients :-)
