We have built a wheelchair-accessible platform that allows an unobstructed view of the main stage in the event tent. Toilets are situated just opposite the main entrance and have a barrier-free entrance at the back.

ACCOMMODATION
For those of you who want to enjoy the benefits of a room and cannot be without that extra little bit of comfort, we have provided a list of accommodation in the area - whether small hotel or cosy guest house, here is something for every budget! ( Insert link http://www.wiesen.at/info/overnight)

ANIMALS
Due to hygienic and safety reasons and also for the animal’s sake, dogs and other pets are forbidden on the event site. Find out more in our house rules! (Link to house rules)

ATM (Cashpoints)
Money can be withdrawn at the festival box office using your ATM card. Nevertheless, it is advisable to take enough cash with you. And should you run out of cash at any time: do not panic! Many of the tasty catering stands and food trucks offer card payment, and there is a bank branch office in the town centre.

CUP DEPOSIT
For the sake of the environment we serve drinks in reusable cups, using a deposit system. We have to insist that the commercial collection of these cups and other recyclable materials (in particular, returnable bottles, metals for purpose of the commercial exploitation of the recyclables) is only allowed on the festival site with the prior written consent of the concert organizer. Any breach of the prohibition on the commercial collection may be punished with the immediate expulsion from the festival grounds. We only accept amounts normal for festival visitors.

DAY PASSES
If you have a day pass, your only parking possibility is on the day parking lot. You may NOT drive through the camping site (NOTE: One-way system) or leave your vehicles there – please follow the signposting. Do not park in Wiesen or along the main road, either, you will be ticketed! Parking is FREE for owners of day passes. Please obey instructions of our trained and friendly staff when entering the parking lot. As owners of day passes you will not be charged for camping or waste deposit, but do be responsible with waste all the same. You will not receive an admission wristband for the camping site, either. If you do want to camp, please read the camping information here! ( Link Camping!)

At all bars connected to the mains water supply in the main area, there will be free drinking water. Note: We do have to charge a deposit for cups, though!

Those caught on the premises without a valid wristband are reported to the police authorities – and we mean it!

Tickets are checked on camping site and at access points to the main festival area and are exchanged for pretty fabric wristbands. These wristbands are applied to you by our friendly staff, are not transferable and cannot be replaced if lost. Keep an eye on them! PREMISES & MAP
Nestled in the rolling hills of Burgenland, the festival site is located at the northern end of Wiesen and covers an area of approximately 1.2 hectares. The area presents itself as a modern venue with a developed infrastructure in a valley surrounded by forests. Most striking is the characteristic tent in the main area, where the main stage is housed. It offers 4,000 visitors protection from sun and rain and opens out on one side of the open-air area. There another 4,000 guests can be accommodated - the total capacity of the festival area accordingly amounts to 8000. The open-air area is slightly uphill and flows into the foothills of the adjacent forest. Close by you will find a broad range of restaurants and catering. The detailed area map can be found here! ( Submit area map as PDF Download!)

Opening times:
- Thursday, 29th June: 5:30pm until midnight

SAFETY
Due to the risk of injury, carrying dangerous or sharp objects such as umbrellas or sticks, pyrotechnic objects, weapons, etc., as well as glasses, bottles and cans, is not allowed. When accessing the camping and main site, inspections are carried out and dangerous objects are removed and confiscated! By entering the event site, visitors automatically accept the house rules, in which all information is listed in detail (Policy link). At large outdoor events, unforeseen or unexpected measures may need to be taken due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: interruption of performances, area evacuation, tent evictions ...). These measures will be announced by our trained security staff whose

instructions must be obeyed uncontradicted in such a case! No liability is assumed by the organizer for damages, injuries and theft on the entire festival grounds (camping and main area and parking)! ( Link Hausordnung!)

SANITARY AREAS
Both the campsite, as well as the main area provide sanitary facilities with sufficient permanently installed water-flushed toilets.

STAGES
The main stage is located under the striking and archetypal Wiesen tent construction. It is a unique steel cable structure where no pillars, ropes or support elements can interfere with the view of the stage. The tent offers protection from sun and rain to around 4,000 visitors and opens easily on one side to increase the open-air section where another 4,000 guests can be accommodated. The total capacity of the festival site amounts to 8,000 visitors. The second smaller stage - also covered - is situated almost next door in an open hall.

SUSTAINABILITY
Due to its special location surrounded by green meadows and forests, the natural aspect has always been an integral aspect in the planning of events as well as being a significant part of Wiesen’s attractive and distinct character. To reduce the environmental footprint, numerous steps were undertaken right from the start to minimize the impact on the environment or keep it as low as possible. The reduction of water consumption by using rainwater, a photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, switching to energy efficient bulbs or recycling stations and waste reduction by reusable containers are just a few of the actions that have been set to keep the ecological footprint as small as possible and to set the path to become a completely sustainable festival location. These environmental initiatives have already been recognized nationally and internationally. By being one of the most environmentally friendly festival venues in Europe, Wiesen was even added to the EE Music catalogue as a "good practice"-model. The festival area Wiesen now serves as a showcase for other festival locations and could reach second place at the EE Music Europe Awards 2015 in the category "Star Venue". The "Austrian Solar Prize 2015" also went to the Wiesen festival grounds.

TAKING PHOTOS
Almost all the bands and artists are very careful when it comes to publishing rights of their music and images. Therefore, we must insist that absolutely no kinds of professional audio and video recorders, video cameras, etc. are taken into the event area. Only with advance accredited press cards / photographer’s press pass photo, photographing the individual performances is permitted under certain circumstances – this only when predetermined by the artist’s management and communicated to the organizer. Misuse will be prosecuted. Snapshots with your smartphone and / or compact cameras for the family album or various social media channels are always welcome and exempt from this requirement.

TIMETABLE
We do not want you to miss your favourite acts, o we have provided a detailed schedule of all events. The exact timetable can be found here or on the respective Facebook pages! ( Link Timetable!)

WASTE & WASTE DEPOSIT
The festival area in Wiesen is characterised by its special location amidst nature, unspoilt woods and meadows. Contrary to “The Donald”, we care about the environment, that is why we make a point of keeping this site clean during and after the festival to keep the ecosystem intact. Therefore, enough bins and recycling points are available in the whole area and we ask you to actually use them! In order to protect and keep the area sustainably, we charge a small camping contribution of 5 euros. In addition, we ask for a refundable waste deposit of 10 euros, that will be reimbursed on returning a full rubbish bag. When entering the area, the amount will be collected in CASH from all campers and per person a camping wristband, a rubbish bag and a deposit chip will be handed out. (PLEASE NOTE: Please have the – ideally – exact amount ready when entering. We are sorry, payment by card is not possible here). If you are a very industrious collector and hand in a second full rubbish bag, you have the chance of winning one of our exclusive prizes. Further information can be found at the waste return points.

WEATHER
The events will take place in any weather. Please keep in mind that our local climate is changeable and that it can be very hot and sunny (sunburn / sunstroke), as well as cold, rainy and windy (sweater / rain protection) during the summer. Check the weather forecast a few days before the event - for example, on www.wetter.com.
